Lawyer-countersigned sale

Start the sale of your property — online, in minutes.

Enter the property and the contracting parties’ details. A cooperating attorney prepares and countersigns the sale and purchase agreement, then handles the land registry filing. Flat, house, building plot or farmland — any number of sellers and buyers.

01 / FILL IN

Enter the details

Property, sellers, buyers and — if needed — a usufructuary. All on one form.

02 / CLIENT IDENTIFICATION

Client identification

Under anti-money-laundering rules the attorney verifies the parties’ identity (KYC).

03 / DRAFTING

Document drafting

The attorney checks the title deed, drafts and countersigns the sale and purchase agreement.

04 / SIGNING

Signing and submission

The parties sign the deed, then the attorney files the ownership registration request with the land registry.

Build the contract

Filling in the fields assembles the basic data of the sale. The draft on the right follows your input live. Fields marked * are required for submission.

1
The property

Choose the property type, then enter its identifying details.

2
Seller(s)

The current owner(s) of the property. For multiple owners, add another seller and state the ownership shares.

3
Buyer(s)

The party/parties acquiring ownership. For multiple buyers, specify who buys what share.

4
Usufruct

You may establish a right of usufruct over the property — often the seller retains it, or it is stipulated for the benefit of a third party.

Do you wish to stipulate a right of usufruct in the contract?

5
Price and payment

The purchase price and the method of payment. The acting attorney will work with exact figures.

6
Contact and submission

Where should the acting attorney get back to you? After submission they arrange an appointment by e-mail.

On submission, the data you entered is sent as an XML attachment to the acting law office. Submission does not create any immediate payment or contracting obligation. In Hungary, a real-estate sale and purchase agreement requires drafting and countersignature by an attorney (or notary) to be valid.

Attorney countersignature

Every sale is reviewed, drafted and countersigned by an acting attorney — a precondition of land registry filing.

Your data is safe
